These terms of service govern your use of Trader Algoritmico products and services, including indicator licenses, strategy purchases, and website access. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

License Terms

All indicators and strategies sold by Trader Algoritmico are licensed for use on a single NinjaTrader 8 installation. The license is perpetual (lifetime) and includes all future updates to the purchased product at no additional cost. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or share the compiled product files with any third party.

Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase confirmation. You will receive download links via email and in your account dashboard. It is your responsibility to download and install the products according to the provided instructions.

Backtest Results Disclaimer

All backtest results presented on our website are generated using historical data and the NinjaTrader 8 Strategy Analyzer. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtest results may not account for all market conditions, execution delays, or liquidity constraints that may affect live trading performance.
